ITS Self Service Impact - Saturday 10th April, 2021
Due to ongoing maintenance of the ITS Self Service portal, services maybe impacted on the above date.

Issues with Google two-factor authentication
- Two-factor authentication is now active on staff Google accounts. If you are having problems accessing your accounts please see our Google Account Security Update page for advice

New Estates Helpdesk Contact Details
- if you wish contact our Estates helpdesk, please note that their contact details have changed. You can visit their website by clicking on the Estates Self Service button above, send an email to lmu@cbre.com, or call x5555.

Remote Access
- if you need remote access to allow you to use specialist software from home, click on Log IT Request then search for 'remote access' and the correct service to log the request will appear.
The web address to use for remote access is vdi.londonmet.ac.uk.
