During core hours (09:00 - 17:00) voicemail and email (ictservicedesk@londonmet.ac.uk ) are picked up constantly throughout the day.

During OUT-OF-HOURS (17:00 - 09:00 Mon to Fri, weekends and public holidays) all calls will be logged and resolved and/or reported back to the IT Service Desk first thing each working morning so that any resolved issues can be picked up as soon as possible.

ESTATES HELPDESK (09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday) on x5555.
